Summer

Penny is having a great summer enjoying the weather and playing with water whenever she can. She recently played Rock Band for the first time and loved it....it always got her moving when she was still in my stomach so we weren't suprised when she loved it for real.

We took the Penster to the park over the weekend. She wasn't a big fan of the swing but she did enjoy the slide.

Penny's First Birthday (cupcake)

As Emily posted below, today is Penny's first birthday. Here's a video of her enjoying her first cupcake as a part of the celebration.

1 Year Old

Penelope is officially 1 year old as of 3:20 this afternoon. I cannot believe that a whole year has gone by, it has gone by so fast!! I am very thankful to have been a stay at home mom since she was born and I would not trade it for anything. She has gone from a brown eyed little thing of almost 7 pounds with crazy hair to a 20+ pound girl who is constantly on the move, with huge beautiful blue eyes and hair that actually lays flat. It has been a great year.
